By engaging with third-party apps, you acknowledge that you are subject to the terms of service and privacy policies of the app developers and Google Play. Ujozo disclaims responsibility for any issues arising from third-party apps, including functionality, security, or data handling.

UJOZO AND ITS AFFILIATES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL UJOZO OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE SERVICE IN THE PRIOR TWELVE MONTHS.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Content and access to the Service terminates.
