Ujozo welcomes developer submissions and integration ideas. To submit for consideration, email [email protected] with the subject line “Developer Submission.” Please provide:

  • APIs, endpoints, and authentication details
  • Key features and potential use cases
  • Links to demos, repositories, or live deployments
  • Primary contact person and preferred method of communication

Submissions are evaluated by Ujozo’s Partnerships and Platform teams. Expect a status update within a standard timeframe described in our response times section.

Response Times

General inquiries: acknowledgment within 1 business day; comprehensive responses typically within 2–3 business days, depending on complexity and current workload.

Critical issues and platform outages receive priority, with an initial acknowledgement within 2 hours during business hours and ongoing updates as information becomes available.

Developer submissions are reviewed on a rolling basis. You can expect a preliminary update within 3–5 business days after submission, subject to the volume of requests.
